Smooth and Transparent Election Process
The elections for the office bearers of 2025 were conducted with utmost fairness and discipline. A five-member Election Committee was entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the process.

1. Financial Report 2024-25
The Treasurer presented the audited financial report for 2024-25, which was unanimously approved by the members. The report showcased transparency in income, expenditure, and balance sheet. BAAN has invested significantly in cultural events, alumni networking, student support programs, and digital infrastructure. Members appreciated the financial discipline maintained throughout the year and stressed the importance of continuing this transparency in the years ahead.
2. Unique Physical I-Cards for Alumni
To promote alumni identity, pride, and belonging, BAAN has decided to issue unique physical I-Cards to its members. These cards will serve not only as identity proof during BAAN events but also as a symbol of lifelong connection with the Navodaya family.

3. Tenure Policy for Office Bearers
A landmark constitutional decision was taken to ensure fresh leadership and discourage prolonged monopolization of posts. It was resolved that:
- One tenure will be limited to one year only.
- An office bearer can serve a maximum of two consecutive terms.
- After serving two terms, the individual must take a mandatory break of one year before contesting again.
This policy will open leadership opportunities to more members, foster democratic participation, and ensure the growth of new leaders within BAAN.
4. Strengthening IT & Digital Presence
The IT operations of BAAN were highlighted as one of the strongest pillars of the organization in 2024-25. Under the guidance of Mr. Shivesh Chandra (JNV Supaul - 2003, IT Head, BAAN), several digital initiatives were implemented, including:

- Smooth IT support for AGM and election processes.

1. वित्तीय रिपोर्ट 2024-25
कोषाध्यक्ष द्वारा प्रस्तुत ऑडिटेड वित्तीय रिपोर्ट सर्वसम्मति से पारित हुई। रिपोर्ट में आय, व्यय और बैलेंस शीट की पूरी पारदर्शिता दिखाई गई। वर्षभर में सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों, एलुमनी नेटवर्किंग, छात्र सहायता और डिजिटल ढांचे में निवेश हुआ।
2. यूनिक फिजिकल आई-कार्ड्स
सदस्यों की पहचान और गर्व को बढ़ावा देने हेतु सभी एलुमनी को यूनिक फिजिकल आई-कार्ड जारी किए जाएंगे। इस प्रोजेक्ट की जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है:

3. कार्यकाल नीति (Tenure Policy)
- एक कार्यकाल अधिकतम 1 वर्ष का होगा।
- कोई भी पदाधिकारी लगातार अधिकतम 2 कार्यकाल तक रह सकता है।
- उसके बाद 1 वर्ष का अनिवार्य अंतराल रहेगा।
यह नीति अधिक सदस्यों को नेतृत्व का अवसर देगी।
4. IT और डिजिटल उपस्थिति
श्री शिवेश चंद्र (JNV सुपौल - 2003, IT प्रमुख, BAAN) के नेतृत्व में 2024-25 में कई डिजिटल सुधार हुए:
